Although NDAs prevent us giving specific details projects have included heated control mechanisms, fuel control systems, LED lighting drivers, oxygen analysis and digital liquid analysis.

Every project starts with us working with you to "Define" the project. This stage is crucial as it allows us to explore cost-saving measures, foster innovative ideas, and assess the commercial and technical feasibility of the project. By thoroughly addressing these considerations early on, we set the stage for consistent project success.

Once the project is ‘Defined’ we will work with you through the entire process of the product design to ensure it comes within the set timescales and budget and exceeds the technical expectations.

With all our design processes we will conform to industry best practices complying with Low Voltage Directives and Electromagnetic Compatibility approvals.

Manufacturing / Assembly

Once the design is complete, our services do not end there, TCL can also help you with the manufacturing.

Our Group facilities are in-house, under one roof so you have full control of your product. A full turn-key manufacturing solution, for all your assembly needs, right through to batch production runs of up to hundreds per month. From PCB assembly to full-case fabrication, it’s clear we have a wide range of manufacturing capabilities and Reflow Ovens.

Our Group's investment in electronic assembly enables us to place SMT components as small as 0402 using semi-automatic placement machines and Reflow. We also have the capability to place and rework Ball Grid Arrays. Additionally, we can assemble conventional electronic components using a Lead-Free wave solder process.

Design complete but need Product Assembly?

If you already have your electronic design completed, TCL Elektronika can still assist with product assembly. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and then send us your data such as Gerber files and BOM (Bill of Materials) and we will provide a detailed assembly quote.

Full Product Testing before shipment.

Every product undergoes rigorous testing against your Functional Specification before it leaves our factory, ensuring the highest level of reliability. Our manufacturing facility is approved for European Type “E” production, specialising in automotive equipment manufacturing. Additionally, we hold the latest accreditation for the design and manufacture of medical devices (iso:13485:2016) as well as SGS ATEX for the manufacture of equipment and protective systems used in explosive atmospheres.
